Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Convert conversations into sales to meet targets.
- Capture orders from Social media platforms and our website.
- Problem-solving & Target achieving attitude.
- Track orders and Deal with the Delivery Person & Solve the Delivery issues.
- Create Orders in a spreadsheet and upload them on the delivery Portal.
- Maintain Stock and capture knowledge about product variations.
- Make great teamwork to get the ultimate success of the company.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
