Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Certifications in AI, Data Science, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

Experience

• 10 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Banks, Training Institutes, IT Enabled Service, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Public Relation Companies, Web Media/Blog

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 24 years

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional training, mentoring, and corporate learning roles.
• 10+ years of public speaking experience, preferably with large audiences.
• Prior experience in HR, RMG, and Sales sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Context

Training Design and Delivery

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on key topics:

• Technology: AI, Data Science, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Technologies
• Soft Skills: Leadership, Team Management, Time Management, Conflict Resolution
• HR and RMG: HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment best practices for the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector
• Sales: Sales strategies, client engagement, and negotiation techniques

Audience Engagement

• Implement innovative methods (e.g., live Q&As, case studies, group activities, and discussions) to foster active learner participation.
• Adapt delivery style to suit various learner profiles, ensuring an engaging learning experience for all.

Curriculum Development

• Create and update training materials, presentations, and assessments based on industry trends and learner feedback.

Mentoring and Career Coaching

• Provide personalized mentoring and career guidance to learners to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Conduct post-training follow-ups to monitor learner progress and offer actionable feedback.

Public Speaking and Thought Leadership

• Represent NetCom Learning at conferences, seminars, and client meetings, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership in learning and development.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Sales teams to align training programs with business objectives.
• Provide regular reports on training effectiveness, learner performance, and areas for improvement.
