Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced “Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager – Quality Control” for our RFL-Bike export team. The ideal candidate will work at quality control function, ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. This role involves managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), implementing quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Quality Control team to ensure the highest quality standards in the bike production process.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with SMETA, ARGOS – Sainsbury, ISO, and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, prepare documentation and coordinate with external auditors to maintain certifications and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce quality control procedures and standards.
  • Develop corrective action plans to address non-conformities and implement process improvements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and development to QC staff to strengthen quality assurance capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and customer specifications for exported products.
  • Manage supplier quality and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction through consistent quality checks and feedback.
