Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise the activities of Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs) within the assigned area.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve area sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits with MPOs to assess performance and provide guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Organize and oversee training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, including sales, market analysis, and team performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to maximize area growth.
