Responsibilities & Context

Our core products are ERP and Human capital management (HCM) systems which is used by many large group of companies in different industry sectors. One of the competitive advantage of our software products is, it is highly configurable that has given strength in adapting to different and diversified business sectors like manufacturing (steel, food, plastic, electronics, furniture, others), trading, NGO, garments, real estate etc.

Our software products are platform and database independent. It can be deployed on premise or on cloud and it supports a variety of operating systems (Windows, Linux…) and can be used from desktop to mobile devices.

As a training you will get opportunity to work within the development team to apply your theoretical knowledge to practice and contribute to development of software in different ways like –

• Develop/enhance the core software in Java using popular frameworks like Spring boot, Vaadin etc.
• Database development (stored procedure, functions, trigger) in SQL server, PostgreSQL etc.
• Embedded analytics and dashboard
• Systems analysis and transforming business requirements into software development
