Additional Requirements

Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of the entire fabric auto cutting process.
Develop, implement and maintain cutting schedules to meet plan production target.
Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
Supervise and train cutting staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Co-ordinate with merchandising, planning and IE for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
Maintain PCD hit rate minimum 85%.
Arrange and maintain pre-& post cutting activity as per buyer requirements.
Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric, also maintaining and recording cutting fabric consumption.
Help to Analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs/size set and bulk production.
Ensuring finishing cost reduction by ratio wise input supply.
Maintain and recording on time fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
To resolve cutting related issues in bulk production / Quality
Maintain the all SOP of Cutting strictly.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
