- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.Knowledge of color grading and advanced post-production techniques.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Producer who excels in both cinematography and video editing. This role demands a creative visionary who can manage the entire lifecycle of video production, from conceptualization and filming to editing and post-production. The Senior Video Producer will work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s objectives and resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Cinematography:
- Lead and execute the visual storytelling process by planning, setting up, and operating camera equipment.
- Develop and oversee the aesthetic aspects of video shoots, including lighting, shot composition, and camera movements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, create shot lists, and storyboard ideas.
- Direct on-set production, ensuring that all footage is captured efficiently and at the highest quality.·
Video Editing:
- Manage the post-production process, including video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration.
- Assemble raw footage into a cohesive, polished final product that meets project objectives and timelines.
- Review and refine content based on feedback, ensuring the final product aligns with the creative vision.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets for easy access and future use.
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, and design to align video content with broader campaign goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in video production and editing.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all video content meets the company’s standards for quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to filming and editing equipment.
Work Environment:
- This role may require working on-site at various locations for shoots.
- Flexible working hours may be required, depending on project deadlines.
