Responsibilities & Context

• Identify potential area and build strong relationship with existing partners to ensure goal
• Meet & exceed sales target by effectively managing the sales team and monitoring their performance
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in retail operations
• Ensure Mobile Handset available at the dealer level as per as market demand by ASM & TSO
• Create secondary sales plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Ensure Day wise Primary & Secondary Sales and finally achieve monthly sales Target.
• Ensure Product availability and POSM visibility.
• Dealer Management & ROI Ensure.
• Setting TSO/ASM wise primary and secondary target
• Create new business plan & growth plan in line with the policies of the management and as per current & future market trend.
• Manage relationship with retail partners and stake holders to ensure products are prominently displayed and effectively promoted in retail outlet as well as properly maintaining brand and product exclusive image
