Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading high-performing teams, and delivering strategic business outcomes. This role is pivotal in overseeing resource planning, streamlining recruitment processes, and driving operational efficiency across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership capabilities, strong project management expertise, and a knack for aligning resources with organizational priorities to ensure seamless execution of projects while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver a portfolio of projects across various domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, managing interdependencies and optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement detailed resource plans to ensure optimal allocation across teams and projects.
• Lead the recruitment process to attract and onboard skilled professionals, aligning team capabilities with organizational needs.
• Evaluate resource utilization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including content developers, researchers, and data entry specialists, to align efforts with project objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure achievement of weekly targets.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment that encourages professional development.
• Manage the creation and execution of content strategies for blogs and portals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and engagement goals.
• Lead risk management initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges proactively.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project updates, milestones, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Analyze operational metrics and project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
