Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ISO Lead Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a comprehensive understanding of ISO standards. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our organization complies with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement within our operations.

Lead and conduct ISO audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) for the organization and its suppliers.

• Prepare audit plans, conduct audits, and report on findings.

• Identify non-conformities and assist in the development of corrective actions.

• Work closely with department heads and management teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

• Perform internal audits and support the external audit process.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO requirements and best practices.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards, regulations, and industry trends.

• Assist in the development and improvement of quality management systems (QMS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• ISO Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).

• Minimum 03 years of experience in ISO auditing.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and audit methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the industry is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications related to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 50001).

• Experience in conducting audits for multi-site operations.
