Job Context:
ACI Premio Plastics is one of the leading plastics manufacturers in Bangladesh. It is seeking a proactive and experienced professional for the role of Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager, Export. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing export operations, ensuring seamless communication with international clients, and navigating government incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
Export Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain all export-related documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Develop and submit export reports to management and relevant authorities.
Export Commercial Tasks
- Handle payment-related activities, including coordination with banks for letters of credit (L/C) and telegraphic transfers (T/T).
- Monitor export financial transactions and ensure timely realization of payments.
Managing Government Cash Incentive Subsidies and Reporting
- Oversee the application process for government cash incentives for export businesses.
- Prepare required documents and ensure timely submission to concerned authorities.
- Follow up on claims and prepare detailed subsidy reports.
Customer Communication
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Provide timely updates on shipment status and handle customer inquiries effectively.
International Customer Acquisition
- Identify and engage with potential international customers to expand market reach.
- Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.
- Develop strategic plans to target new markets and negotiate deals.
Shipment Execution
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Monitor the shipping process, ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise during transit.
Preparing Order Sheets and Order Execution
- Draft accurate order sheets based on client requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to meet delivery timelines.
Communications with BPGMEA
- Handle all correspondence with the Bangladesh Plastic Goods Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BPGMEA).
- Resolve issues related to export certificates, permits, or other regulatory requirements.
Communications with EPB
- Interact with the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) to address export-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with EPB guidelines and resolve any issues efficiently.
