Responsibilities & Context

Sub Asst. Engineer-Production under CCR Operation is responsible for the operation of different plant (mill) sections from the Central Control Room (CCR) with optimum efficiency keeping in coordination with operators’ production, production field workers, technicians and laboratory staffs:

COMMON-OPERATIONS:

• Takeover CCR shift operation from immediate CCR shift performer (Sub Asst. Engineer) properly.
• Operate plant operation accordingly and optimizing the process parameters as defined / advised.
• Maintain coordination with field people from CCR for smooth operation of the plant.
• Recording of process parameters and plant log book for the respective section.
• Ensure inspection of specific parameters on regular basis.
• Keep good coordination with the laboratory people for the feedback quality.
• Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned.
• To act effectively during emergency situations like: fire / accidents.
• Perform any other responsibility assigned by the reporting superior as & when required.
