Responsibilities & Context

• Coordinating with distributors, sales representatives (SR), supervisors and head office to achieve sales targets for specific areas.
• Monthly target should be divided into daily target route wise and achievement should be sent on whatsapp on daily basis along with memo picture.
• Managing stock and sales of respective regions including monthly damage management.
• The head office line-manager provides accurate and regular reports.
• Must be at the distribution point by 8:30 am
• The route plan should be given in writing and if the plan is changed, it should be written and approved at the head office.
