Good knowledge on maintaining hygiene & cleanliness.
Certification from a Professional institute on Cooking trade would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose: To ensure that meals and refreshments are prepared and available neatly and on time.

Key Job Responsibilities:

To keep kitchen clean and tidy.
To prepare food and serve.
To purchase day to day food items.
To inform individual staff of his/ her monthly balance, number of meal, etc.
To collect money from individual staff timely.

To provide any other assistance asked by the authority as and when necessary.
