Responsibilities & Context
- Prospect and appoint new dealers in the assigned district to expand the dealer network and enhance market penetration.
- Support dealers in setting up sales operations by establishing systems and processes to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure business alignment and loyalty.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales and profitability targets as per the company’s goals.
- Implement the company’s sales strategy effectively to ensure product reach and availability in all key markets.
- Monitor and improve dealer performance through guidance, training, and regular reviews.
- Collaborate with dealers to manage credit terms and working capital effectively.
- Ensure all selling and servicing routines through dealers are effectively implemented and monitored.
- Represent the company at local market events to promote products and strengthen ties with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer performance, market trends, and customer needs.
- Report market insights, competitor activities, and dealer challenges to the AGM for strategic planning.
- Ensure all operational data, sales figures, and market feedback are systematically documented and shared with the regional management.
- Efficient dealer management, including inventory control, credit management, and sales process standardization.
- Achivement of sales, revenue and profibility targets.
- Expansion and development of the dealer network.
