Responsibilities & Context

• Preventative Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues and perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing malfunctions, identifying root causes, and performing necessary repairs on equipment, including replacing parts and making adjustments.
• Operate Production Machinery: Run, monitor, and adjust machines used in the production of sauces and packaged foods, including mixing, filling, sealing, and packaging equipment.
• Maintenance Planning: Creating and implementing maintenance schedules, including spare parts management and ordering necessary components.
• Technical Documentation: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical manuals, and schematics to understand equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Quality Control: Regularly inspect product quality, including texture, consistency, and packaging integrity, to ensure it meets company standards.
• Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area and following proper procedures for handling ingredients.
• Maintenance andTroubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any mechanical problems to maintenance teams for repair.
• Batch Preparation: Assist in measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of production quantities, quality control checks, and any issues encountered during the shift.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams, to maintain smooth production flow.
