Summary

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc).
Certification in Japanese & Korean language teaching (e.g., Japanese, Korean Language Training Program or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Experience

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

Skills Required: Japanese & Korean Language, Language skills both in Bengali and English.
Adaptable, smart and well behaved.
Please do not apply if you can’t speak Japanese & Korean.

This is a full-time job. Good Korean & Japanese speaking knowledge is required as the officer have to work with Korean & Japanese management.
Translate word to word from Japanese & Korean to Bangladeshi worker/officer.
Responsible for day-to-day communication translation between Japanese & Korean personnel & Local Personnel.
Capable to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
Prepare the work plan /audit & follow up schedule with close coordination of the supervisor.
Responsible for translating the documents (SOP), Japanese & Korean to English/Bengali.
Explain production related works assigned by Japanese & Korean Personnel to Bangladeshi worker and officer.
Feedback and report on time regarding different issues.
Translate office meeting issue to both Japanese & Korean Personnel and Bangladeshi Officers.
Assist production and other related works with Japanese & Korean Personnel.
Any other task given by the management.
