NSCP/CBX applications, HSCM and B2B Order Processing applications, dS SCS applications

Responsibilities & Context

• First-level Support of mainly NSCP/CBX applications
• First-level Support for HSCM and B2B Order Processing applications (in Asian working hours, supplementing the Hamburg-based support team)
• First-level Support for other dS SCS applications (supported in various regions currently)
• Provide support to all users via the different channels available
• Provide swift resolution to users on all problems
• User authorization
• Educate teams and users about the digital solution, self-learning and tools available, while independently keeping your own technical knowledge up-to-dateProvide details to other support tier levels if request cannot be resolved
• Assist local or regional IT project deploymentPerform other duties as assigned by management
