Job Context: AAC Blocks & Panels Sales & Marketing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Monitor sales and collection targets and provide updates to the sales team and management.
Prepare delivery notes and invoices in tally software/Excel.
Find out the error & mismatch (If any) of DN & invoice and process for correction & completion.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analytical reports as required.
Check & prepare reports on pending sales bills and sales orders.
Set item-wise VAT conversion rate into Excel format.
Follow-up bill by bill posting & make necessary corrections (if any) review party overdue and inform related salesperson to take required actions.
Checking party payments through online bank statements.
