Responsibilities & Context
- Have to sales Land Share, Plot, Flat, Hotel Room Share.
- Must have to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target.
- Have to knowledge on MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
- Daily Morning Meeting for sales target plan.
- Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
- Find Prospective Clients by field visit.
- Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
- Collect the required documents from the customer.
- Project visits with customer.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to the supervisor on regular basis.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Close the deal through proper documentation & registration support.
