Responsibilities & Context

The Golden Fibre Trade Center (GFTCL), a concern of SIMURA Group, is a government-registered company engaged in Trading and Exporting various types of Jute and Jute based products. Established in 1988, GFTCL has been fully dedicated to developing, promoting, and exporting different types of Jute, Jute goods, and Jute-diversified products. Over the last thirty years, the company is exporting Jute/Kenaf fibers to traditional Jute and Textile mills, construction industries, the automotive sector, paper-pulp industries, and non-woven industries worldwide.

Develop and implement production schedules.
Coordinate with different departments (procurement, maintenance, quality control) to ensure a smooth workflow.
Monitor raw material availability and machine efficiency.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.Implement quality control measures to reduce defects.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Allocate manpower and machinery for optimal productivity.
Monitor the maintenance and efficiency of Jute processing machines.
Minimize waste and optimize resource usage.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.
Reduce downtime and increase production output.
Maintain production records and reports.
Track production costs and optimize budget usage.
Prepare reports on productivity, efficiency, and operational challenges.
Manage factory workers and assign tasks effectively.
Raw materials forecasting and strategic planning for effective supply chain management.
Conduct training sessions to improve worker efficiency and safety awareness.
