• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Website).
• Proficient in MS Office Package and Good Typing Skills.
• Customer Support, Convincing, and Negotiation Skills.
• Preference will be given if the candidate is from Chattogram.

Responsibilities & Context

• Promote Exonext’s Products, Services, Exhibitions, and Events.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Provide customer support through online communication.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, comments, and feedback.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; recommending new products; and recommending facilities and service improvements.
• Identify and report potential issues, including spam, harassment, and inappropriate content.
• Track and report on key metrics related to social media moderation.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of community feedback with content strategy.
• Ensuring proper service and after-sales support to clients.
