Responsibilities & Context
Organization: Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka
Job Context:
We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified individual to join our team as the Assistant Professor at Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct academic classes, providing supervision and mentorship to students and faculty.
- Possess expertise in conducting online classes using various tools and platforms.
- Develop, implement, and review monthly class schedules in alignment with the annual academic calendar and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and guide course coordinators, ensuring effective teaching methodologies and adherence to educational standards.
- Monitor student progress through assessments, exams, and practical evaluations, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) and Dhaka University (DU) for curriculum alignment, exam preparations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in annual academic planning and budgeting, ensuring the successful execution of academic activities and objectives.
- Maintain and improve the quality of educational programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and regulatory standards.
- Assist with all academic activities as directed by the principal and perform any other duties assigned by the authority.
