Position Overview:
Blue Pill Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Key Account Manager to lead our sales operations. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and ensure the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
• Execute short-term and long-term plans to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
Sales Management:
• Achieve sales targets in collaboration with management, ensuring profitability.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and professional development.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics; monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Market Expansion:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing activities.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to the executive team.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
