Summary

Education

Minimum M.Sc in Psychology/ counseling psychology/ Clinical Psychology from any recognized university /institute. Additional degree/training in the relevant area will be preferred.

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO, Development Agency

Additional Requirements

A. Inpatient Service:

Assess patient and make treatment sessions plan and provide psychological treatment,
Follow up, assess the problems and provide support regarding problems and prepare the progress report,
Actively involve and facilitate MDT interventions (attend weekly ward rounds, case conferences, multi-disciplinary team meetings) for psychological consultation and manage the referral cases,
Document on the progression of activities,
Arrange health education, psycho-education and counseling for individual people with SCI, Stroke and persons with disabilities, and group,
Prepared monthly activity plan, report and submit to supervisor,

B. Outpatient/ Other activities:

Provide appropriate counseling for staff when the need arises,
Support rehabilitation /medical team in the provision of counseling session attention to out-patients,
Outpatient psychological session / consultation,
In-service training for coworkers and team members,
Provide Counseling session to the patients with mental health needs after their recovery,
Act on emergency response and organizational development issues,

C. Mental Health Day Centre:

Provide part time support at the Mental Health Day Centre Project,
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to the clients at the day centre,
Assessment of patients, make treatment plan and provide counseling sessions to the patients,
Provide caregiver sessions if needed,
Have to do work in a team, cooperate with the team members and mentality to work in a multidisciplinary approach.
