Install machinery items at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maintain equipment performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing timely repairs and adjustments.
Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and training to customers and end-users.
Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate service records, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.
Prepare service reports and documentation for customers and internal use.
Ensure service activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify equipment performance and reliability.
Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance service quality.
Coordinate with parts and logistics teams to ensure availability of necessary parts and materials.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for service operations.
Stay updated on new technologies, products, and industry trends related to machinery items.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
To carry out other related work assigned by management.
