Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking proactive and organized candidates to join our team as Trainee Executive-Store Operations. This role involves overseeing daily store functions, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring smooth operations across various processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage day-to-day store operations and coordinate with relevant departments
• Maintain accurate Inventory records using Microsoft Excel and ERP Software
• Oversee the proper receipt, documentation, and distribution of all materials
• Prepare monthly stock reports and conduct regular physical audits of materials
• Ensure accurate processing of key documents such as, Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR), Materials Receiving Report (MRR), Materials Issue Slips (MIS), Materials Transfer Challan (MTC), Gate Pass, Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR), and Materials Transfer Requisition Form
• Maintain the cleanliness and organize of the store
• Supervise Laborers, drivers, and helpers to ensure seamless operations
• Implement effective Inventory Management Techniques like LIFO, FIFO, and FEFO
• Reduce wastage and optimize resources through a proper inventory system
