- Act as Key account manager for designated client.
- Periodical business analysis and market analysis.
- Proactive client engagement for increasing sale.
- All necessary activities related to increase customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Assistance to revenue assurance department to ensure better business growth.
- Acquire market intelligence from all available resources.
- Preparation of periodical reports.
- Innovation of new service-related products.
- Business forecast and marketing plan.
- Any other duty assigned by the authority.
