• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 18 years

• No prior experience required (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring & surveillance systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Good communication and reporting skills in Bengali & English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Join Our Team at Nitsol Bangladesh Limited! Are you looking for an exciting career in security monitoring with a fast-growing IT-enabled service provider? Nitsol Bangladesh Limited is hiring Monitoring Executives to oversee our state-of-the-art E-Surveillance System for Banks.

Location: Nitsol Bangladesh Limited, House 41, Road7, Block G, Banani, Dhaka.

Shifts: Morning (7 AM – 3 PM), Evening (2:30 PM – 10 PM), Night (10 PM – 7 AM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and detect suspicious activities at bank branches and ATM booths.
• Alert the Quick Response Team (QRT) and concerned authorities in case of any incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain records for escalation.
• Communicate effectively with security teams and banking officials.
• Ensure 24/7 surveillance coverage in rotational shifts.
• Follow operational protocols to enhance the security system’s efficiency.
