Supervise day-to-day operations across LPG receiving, storage, distribution, bottling and CBM facilities.
Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance program for all plant equipment, including pumps, compressors, storage tanks, pipelines, valves and bottling machinery.

Team leadership and workforce management.

JMI Industrial Gas Limited (JIGL), a flagship strategic business unit of JMI Group engages in the import, bottling & distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) as well as Ethylene Oxide (EO) Gas.

JMI Industrial Gas Ltd. is uniquely poised to cater to the country’s demand and has the surplus capacity to export to overseas markets. We are looking for self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Operations & Maintenance to expedite business.

1. Operations Management:

Supervise day-to-day operations across LPG receiving, storage, distribution, bottling, and CBM facilities.
Ensure efficient handling and seamless flow of LPG operations from ship receiving to distribution points.
Manage the coordination between different departments involved in LPG operations.
Monitor and optimize the plant’s operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and output.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance activities without interrupting plant operations.

2. Maintenance Management:

Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance program for all plant equipment, including pumps, compressors, storage tanks, pipelines, valves, and bottling machinery.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the plant’s machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
Ensure proper functioning and reliability of the CBM facilities for safe and efficient LPG receiving.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical failures to ensure minimum downtime.

3. Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and environmental regulations, including adherence to national and international standards.
Conduct regular safety drills and training programs for employees to maintain high levels of safety awareness.
Monitor compliance with all safety protocols, including emergency response procedures.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to safety, maintenance, and inspections.

4. Team Management:

Led and mentored the operations and maintenance teams, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
Assign and prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational needs.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control:

Develop and manage the operations and maintenance budget, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality standards.
Analyze and implement cost-saving measures without compromising operational effectiveness.
Procure necessary parts, materials, and equipment within the allocated budget.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Implement best practices and lean management techniques to drive improvements in plant operations.
Recommend and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
Stay updated with technological advancements and propose upgrades to existing systems.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and safety compliance for senior management.
Ensure all maintenance and operational data is accurately recorded and filed for future reference.
