Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 50 years
- Must have previous travel agency experience.
- Do not apply if you don’t have travel agency experience for minimum of 2+ years
Responsibilities & Context
- Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights
- Communicate with clients to provide travel services
- Respond to clients via online & offline channels
- Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
- Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
- Keep sales records & report sales information
- Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point
- Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, EMD)
- Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
