  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Responsibilities & Context

Codemen Solutions Limited is a leading SaaS and PaaS-based software service provider. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Assistant who will work closely with the CEO to develop marketing content, presentations, and communication materials. This role requires strong market research skills and the ability to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and comfortable working in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging marketing content, including presentations, brochures, social media posts, and emails, based on the CEO’s instructions.
  • Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and product demos.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Assist in managing client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on marketing and communication performance metrics.
  • Assist in branding initiatives and digital marketing activities.
