• At least 06 years relevant experience in Retail Business having concentration in Retail Asset Business and managing teams.

Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve agreed Retail Business target of Chattogram Team and to manage and coordinate Sales Team for both Asset and Liability.
• Monitor and follow-up of Retail Business Portfolio performance of DST, BSO, Retail RM & assigned branches.
• Monitor the quality and completeness of applications sourced by the Retail Asset Sales team.
• Help and organize business promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.).
• Visit customer as and when required after successfully identifying the right segment.
• Find out new markets and potential sectors for Retail Business.
• Train the Direct Sales Team and Branch employees about Retail Asset and Liability product & services.
• Prepare retail business sales statements and report for submitting to the Bank management.
• Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.
