Position Overview

As a Head of Liability Division will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company’s deposit mobilization strategy. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in deposit management and financial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of deposit mobilization, developing strategies to optimize deposit growth, and managing key relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for deposit growth of the company and for management to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Liability Management Team, ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, interest rates, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align deposit strategies with overall business objectives and financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the division.
