• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital learning tools
• Passion for student-centered learning and mentorship

Other Requirements:

• Minimum two-year commitment required.
• Relocation to Narsingdi is expected for this role.

Responsibilities & Context

• Plan and deliver engaging and inquiry-driven lessons aligned with Cambridge IGCSE & IB DP curricula
• Foster critical thinking, research, and analytical skills in students
• Guide students in internal assessments, case studies, and extended essays
• Assess and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth
• Encourage student agency by facilitating discussions and real-world business simulations
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to ensure student success
• Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and stay updated on curriculum changes
