As we continue to expand our reach, we’re looking for an experienced MPO Corporate Services Professional to help us promote and grow our diagnostic services offerings to corporate offices and organizations.
Role Overview: As an MPO Corporate Services Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting our Lab Science services to key corporate clients. You’ll work closely with decision-makers at corporate offices, helping them understand the value and benefits of our diagnostic services, and driving the adoption of our solutions across organizations.
What You’ll Do:
- Promote our Lab Science Diagnostic services to corporate offices, businesses and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored diagnostic solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our services within the corporate sector.
- Present our diagnostic offerings in a clear, compelling way to corporate decision-makers and executives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in service offerings.
- Provide ongoing support and training to corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work alongside sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
