• Work Station: Rupshi Plant (Narayanganj)

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise the overall production process, machineries and materials to ensure maximize efficiency
• Assist production in charge for monthly production planning according to the target
• Coordinate manpower according to the monthly production plan to ensure optimize utilization
• Identifying the maintenance requirement of process & coordinate with maintenance team for timely maintenance and minimize the breakdown time
• Requisition & management of RM-PM as per production forecasting
• Minimize losses and enhance productivity
• Maintain process documentation in compliance with SOPs
