We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Construction to lead and oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

• Lead and manage the construction department, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
• Develop and implement construction strategies, policies, and best practices to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure cost control and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain design integrity and construction feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and vendor selection for materials and services.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress, resolve challenges, and maintain construction standards.
• Train, mentor, and manage construction teams to improve productivity and performance.
