Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 32 years

• Nature of work experience: Knowledge in corporate matters, company law, banking law etc.; Drafting and vetting of corporate and commercial documents; Opinion writing; – Managing and advising clients.
• Skills: the candidates must have:
• Ability to cope with work pressure;
• Analytical acumen capabilities and ability to interpret laws (including Acts, rules, orders, guidelines etc.) under relevant jurisdictions;
• Capacity for meticulous legal research;
• Excellent communication skills etc.
• Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken English is essential. Candidates having a good IELTS/TOEFL/PTE will get extra advantage.

Techwoozy LLC is a dynamic company specializing in business consultancy, OTA services, and software solutions. Our legal team ensures compliance with corporate regulations, immigration laws, contracts, international trade, IATA guidelines, and business partnerships. We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support various legal functions within our expanding business operations.

Job Responsibilities

Corporate Legal Affairs & Contracts

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to business consulting, software licensing, and OTA partnerships.
• Conduct legal research on corporate governance, intellectual property rights, and international business laws.
• Support in handling corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory filings.
• Assist in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration processes related to commercial operations.

Immigration & Compliance

• Assist in preparing visa applications, work permits, and business-related immigration documentation.
• Ensure legal compliance with immigration and labor laws for employees and business operations.
• Maintain records of immigration filings and regulatory compliance documents.

Sales of Goods & IATA Regulations

• Assist in contract negotiations and legal due diligence for sales agreements in business consultancy, software policy agreements and OTA services.
• Research and ensure compliance with IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations for travel and aviation-related transactions.
• Support the legal team in partnership agreements with airlines, travel agencies, and global vendors.

General Legal Support

• Monitor and analyze changing business, travel, and software regulations impacting company operations.
• Assist in developing internal legal policies and compliance strategies.

Working hour: 8 hour based duty roaster (day or night) and 30 min break @ Monday to Friday schedule.

Question pattern and marks distribution:

• Problematic and conceptual based MCQs with 5 options.
• Total 50 marks with 25% negative marking for each wrong answer.
• There is no way te get back to the previous exam when it is taken through the recruitment test portal of Bdjobs.
• Window switching, tab switching, turning off of your camera microphone or trying to use AI may result into terminate from the exam window.

Candidate Selection Process:

• Day 1: Initial Online Screening MCQ Test.
• Day 2: Physical written test/ Group assesment/ physical interview and Computer Test ( Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and typing speed 30 wpm )
• Day 3: The final interview.
