Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies to ensure they are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process by overseeing job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
- Manage performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback that drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure that all HR practices comply with national labor laws, company policies, and regulations while monitoring any changes to legal requirements.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, foster healthy employee relations, and mediate conflicts to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
- Identify training needs, design and implement development programs, and create opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and advance in their careers.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they attract, retain, and motivate top talent while maintaining budgetary control.
- Monitor workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
- Prepare and manage HR budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently while ensuring smooth operations of the HR department.
- Promote employee engagement, motivation, and recognition programs that support high performance to cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
