We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive & Student Consultant to drive our digital presence, student engagement, and recruitment strategies.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who excels in branding, digital marketing, content creation, and student consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, creating promotional content, and directly engaging with prospective students to guide them through the study abroad process.

Role Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive & Student Consultant will play a dual role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns while also serving as a student consultant to support international student recruitment. The candidate should have expertise in SEO, social media, paid advertising, website management, and multimedia content creation while also being able to counsel students, provide application assistance, and promote educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Branding

• Develop and execute a strong digital marketing strategy to enhance Newave Associates’ brand presence and credibility.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing) to generate quality leads.
• Optimize SEO, SEM, and website content to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the business development and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with student recruitment goals.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and grow LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms with engaging content.
• Create high-quality promotional content, including videos, posters, graphics, and blog articles for digital marketing and branding.
• Work with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools to develop visually appealing content.
• Develop student success stories and testimonials to build trust and engagement with potential applicants.

Website Management

• Oversee and optimize the company website to ensure user-friendly navigation, updated content, and strong conversion rates.
• Manage website SEO, content updates, and performance tracking for better visibility and engagement.
• Implement landing pages, lead capture forms, and chat support to enhance student interaction.

Student Consulting & Recruitment

• Provide one-on-one student counseling to help applicants choose suitable universities and courses abroad.
• Assist students with the application process, visa documentation, and pre-departure guidance.
• Conduct webinars, live sessions, and workshops to educate students about studying abroad.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university partnerships, and scholarship opportunities.
