• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Promotions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
•  Willingness to travel for market visits and promotional activities.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase sales and market presence
• Plan and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and trade marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of branding initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and manage digital and offline marketing strategies for brand awareness.
