Responsibilities & Context
System and Network Management:
- Maintain and manage the organization’s servers, networks, and computer systems within active directory controller.
- Ensure network security and troubleshoot technical issues.
Software and Hardware Management:
- Install, update, and maintain necessary software applications.
- Identify and resolve issues related to computers, printers, scanners, projectors and other hardware devices.
Data Security and Backup:
- Ensure the security of sensitive company data.
- Perform regular data backups and establish data recovery procedures.
IT Support and Technical Assistance:
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions on software and hardware usage.
Website and Email Management:
- Maintain and update the organization’s website.
- Manage and secure official email servers.
IT Policy Implementation and Reporting:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports on IT operations and security measures to the management.
- Any other job assigned by Top management.
