Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience

Skills & Expertise:·

• 2-4+ years of experience in SEO & digital marketing.·
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).·
• Hands-on experience with Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or Magento SEO.·
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO fixes.·
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Context:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to manage all search engine optimization and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, Google algorithms, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building techniques.You will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and driving conversions through SEO best practices.

Job Responsibilities:·

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.·
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers (H1-H6), and image alt attributes.·
• Improve internal linking and content structure for better SEO performance.·
• Ensure all website content is SEO-friendly and aligned with business goals.·
• Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies (guest posts, outreach, etc.).·
• Identify and remove toxic backlinks to improve domain authority.·
• Monitor competitors’ backlink profiles and create link-building strategies.·
• Perform SEO audits to fix issues like broken links, 404 errors, redirect chains, etc.·
• Optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals.·
• Ensure proper indexing of pages using robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.·
• Optimize structured data using Schema Markup (JSON-LD, Microdata, RDFa).·
• Optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for local SEO.·
• Improve product descriptions and category pages for eCommerce SEO.·
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Search Console.·
• Generate SEO reports to measure ROI and key SEO KPIs.·
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
