Requirements

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Electric Wire/Cable, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance and training.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in home woven textile factories.
• Candidates should have a solid understanding of AutoCAD in both 2D and 3D.
• Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities & Context

• Background and understanding of industrial controls.
• Must possess a minimum of 8-10 years of practical experience in trouble-shooting of woven textile machinery.
• Must Have Strong Knowledge about PLC & HMI base Automation machinery.
• Lead the team that maintains and supervises the electrical system with proper manpower allocation.
• Attend to and solve problems in Dyeing Process Machines, Pre-Treatment, Printing, Dyeing, Finishing, Inspection and Utility Machines.
• Daily follow-up on preventive and scheduled maintenance. Analyze work progress and production machine performance.
• Prepare electrical material indents, store requisitions, and check the quality of third-party-supplied materials.
• Prepare monthly budgets, maintain consumable spare parts records, and submit them to the department Head.
• Take initiatives to reduce costs related to electrical goods purchases.
• Must Have Strong Knowledge about Compliance issues.
