Basic programming knowledge for troubleshooting issues related to hosted applications.
Excellent English fluency with strong client communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and remote support tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with WebRTC and media server configurations.
Previous experience in technical support or DevOps roles.

Royex Technologies (https://www.royex.ae) is a Mobile app and Website Development Company based in Dubai. We are looking for a skilled Sr. Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience with cloud platforms, automation, and DevOps practices, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Server & Hosting Management: Configure, deploy, and maintain WHM/cPanel, NGINX, Apache, IIS, and AI servers (e.g., DeepSeek hosting locally).
Web Hosting & Application Support: Manage and troubleshoot hosting environments for WordPress, Laravel, Magento, .NET Core, Umbraco, and Node.js applications.
Windows & Linux Infrastructure: Handle Active Directory, DFS replication, and failover clustering.
Security & SSL/TLS Management: Configure SSL/TLS certificates and ensure secure communication across all platforms.
WebRTC & Streaming Services: Manage and optimize WebRTC-based applications and media servers.
Client Communication & Troubleshooting: Provide real-time troubleshooting and support via calls, chat, and email.
Incident Management & 24/7 Support: Be available for critical issues and emergency troubleshooting, including holidays.
Performance Optimization & Monitoring: Monitor system performance, optimize resources, and ensure uptime.
