Monitor and address comments and messages on social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Make follow-up phone calls to potential leads, nurturing relationships to convert them into clients.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout project execution, providing updates, coordinating tasks, and delivering exceptional after-sales service.
Accurately record all client interactions, feedback, and relevant details to enhance customer relationship management.
Manage, Supervise and monitor all activities of all staff.
Maintains parlour staff results by coaching, counselling, disciplining, and appraising job results.
Maintain inventory management of the parlour.
Ensuring that deliver quality services of perlour to clients.
The parlor should be kept clean at all times.
Greetings parlour customer and manage them properly.
