Regularly visit market to find-out market gap as well as uncovered outlet;
Product stock counting, valuation & reconciliation of inventory in various dealer/distributor;
Product presence & stock status (own & competitors) in retail & distributor;
Market share & coverage analysis;
Internal process investigation;
Ensure damage goods are processed as per norms;
Monitor and track market audit team to make sure that audit team is visiting the market as per plan;
Perform market survey on SKU wise product availability;
Review and audit marketing campaigns to ensure they are aligned with the company’s objectives and compliance standards;
Identify opportunities for improvement in current and past marketing strategies;
Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings, analysis, and recommendations;
Document audit results, including the strengths and weaknesses of current marketing activities.
