Job Circular: Lead- Quality Control (QC) – Light, Fan & Switch Socket
Overview:
RFL Group, a leading local conglomerate known for its excellence in manufacturing, is seeking a Lead-Quality Control (QC) – Light, Fan & Switch Socket to lead and strengthen quality assurance operations at our state-of-the-art production facilities. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence, we foster a collaborative work environment that values integrity and continuous improvement. This role presents an exciting opportunity for professionals to ensure product reliability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product reliability and safety.
- Conduct quality inspections at different production stages to detect and resolve defects.
- Implement and maintain ISO, BIS, and other relevant quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations related to electrical products.
- Identify root causes of defects and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Work with R&D, production, and engineering teams to improve product designs and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor KPIs such as rejection rate, rework percentage, and customer complaints to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure incoming raw materials meet the required quality standards. Lead and mentor the QC team to enhance their technical and analytical skills.
- Conduct regular training sessions on quality standards, defect identification, and problem-solving techniques.
- Ensure all test reports, certifications, and quality documents are properly maintained.
