Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

Shun Ho (BD) Manufactory Ltd. is seeking an experienced Injection Manager to oversee the injection molding process in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, managing machine maintenance, and leading the injection molding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily injection molding operations to ensure smooth production.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet quality and efficiency targets.

Oversee machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to prevent downtime.

Monitor and improve product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications.

Manage raw material usage and inventory to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Train and mentor machine operators and production staff for skill development and safety compliance.

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in injection molding operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and machinery.

Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Experience with quality control systems and lean manufacturing techniques.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
